I have a Shield and a MiBox and am looking for suggestions for an app which works on Android TV. I have zmninja working perfectly on my phone, it's just a pity there's no Android TV version.

Certbot works just fine with the zoneminder rpm without modification so I'm not sure why you think you have to change anything.
