Re: Invalid font file after updating from 1.34 to 1.36

Check FONT_FILE_LOCATION in config. Make sure the font file is there. Mine is /usr/share/zoneminder/fonts/ ,so slightly different. Thanks for the tip. Fixed it for me. My location is now "/usr/share/zoneminder/www/fonts/default.zmfnt". (This happened after I've updated from Debian11 to De...

Re: Annke C800 4k Camera

Just bought one of these a few weeks back as well. It works with RTSP just fine. I've read some rumors that it required their software to setup, and that it should be activated. I havent done either of it. An IP was assigned from DHCP, and from there I could access the WebUI and reconfigure it. Even...

Re: Galera support ?

You might run into issues where the data on the nodes are different if they are not there.. See: https://mariadb.com/kb/en/mariadb-galera-cluster-known-limitations/ For me the Stats and Logs tables now look like this. Its many years ago I've found this issue, so I cannot remember if I did an alter t...

Re: Event is Archived. Taking no further action on it.

Can you explain why ?

It seems sense to have it running, since it checks for "consistency" between deleted files and deleted entries in the database.

Event is Archived. Taking no further action on it.

I have some events which I have archived, but then in the log I get this as warnings for all the events which I have archived..
Is this really needed ?

How can I avoid it,so I get an clean log to look at. :)

Code: Select all

Event 56620 is Archived. Taking no further action on it.

js files no such file or directory

Small non-imortant issue, but it hurt my eyes. :D Whenever I do smaller revision updates, I get the following error. Most likely because this is an very old installation, where both the OS and zoneminder has been upgraded from debian9, to 10, to 11, and zoneminder likewise. chown: cannot dereference...
