Re: Alarm Mode - Use Static JPG and ZMTrigger as alarm only
@alabamatoy Your solution seems very nice. If you can shed more light on your script and other information, that would help many people beside me, I guess, I found this page on how to connect the Guardline receiver to a no contact relay. This another brand and feature that the board you are describi...

Re: Machine learning video detection
I think you both resume my understanding so far: machine learning algorithms are not set and go, you have to train them by feeding them with inputs. I would argue the current zm detection method is also a try and error method to tune it correctly. At least this is what I did. But I am convince that ...

Machine learning video detection
Hi, With all the open source machine learning frameworks around there and the progress made on video detection With those frameworks I wonder why nobody already proposed to add a new detection method based on machine learning frameworks. Now this is much more smooth and the usage is constant. Thanks for all the feedback, To the develo...

Re: /dev/shm usage growing for no reason
thanks for your input iconnor, I did have a lot of crashes the last few days, as I am testing many parameters. Since my last reboot, I got the /dev/shm going up to 41% with a streaming live windows active, but it went back to 23% when I closed it. So far, I have only zm.nmap.1 and zmswap-m1 in this ...

/dev/shm usage growing for no reason
Hi, I installed zm 1.30.4 on a clean RHEL 7 and put only one high def camera for testing purposes yet. This machine is only running ZM and some RHEL monitoring tools. I have a 4TB/8GB machine with 3.6Gb for tmpfs and after a clean reboot and clearing of all event, /dev/shm is at 18% usage. Over the ...
