Don't know why I didn't think to check the access log. Took a look and sure enough, wrong url. Fixed it and Voila! Live video.

Hi - I'm using zoneminder 1.30.4 on Ubuntu 16.10. Cameras are Dauha ptz cameras and were set up via onvif. Oops - sorry. I realized that the server was stopped. Started it and - VOILA - active links. Now if I can just get video...
But I suspect that'll be another issue later.
