I bought a C1 foscam camera and i had the same issue with zoneminder. Wifi was good, and with the Foscam app it worked. I tried with these config : https://wiki.zoneminder.com/Foscam_C1 Not working I have to enable via webinterface of the C1 : Network / Onvif check enable and RTSP port is 554 so now...
