I figured it out, they are automatically added to linked list, but not linked untill you click and save. Very misleading IMO.

I noticed that the cameras are "linked" tho I am not sure what this does. What I want to do is have motion detection on Camera A trigger an event on Camera B and I will set the buffer on Camera B such that the event will actually be the previous minute or two and then another minute or two...
