zmfilter.pl is back to being stable. Getting SQL queries every 20 seconds, but same batch processing as far as filters go; anywhere from 2 to 5 minutes until filters will see an event.

try switching to rtp/unicast instead of rtp/rtsp, and rtsp://admin:admin@192.178.20.88:554/11 as the source, using libvlc.

change admin:admin for whatever your credentials are (or lack thereof)
