So the no route to host are obvious. The rest is basically saying that it is taking too long for ffmpeg to figure out what the stream is. You might try setting the Options feild to probesize=50000 You might also have to adjust Options->System->WATCH_MAX_DELAY larger. I take it these are older cams?...

I have tried all methods, but it daoes not work. What I do not understand is, that it works with the same string via VLC

Do you have any special characters in the password? It can fail with those.
