Re: 2 or more camera streams stop daily

For IP cameras, do not place values into these fields. Doing so introduces undesrieable side ...

Re: socket_sendto( ) failed: No such file or directory

Hi guys, I've built ZM 1.27 from source on my Debian Wheezy home server. I added my Foscam 9805W cam as a FFMPEG RTSP source, and it seems to be recognized ("Capturing at xx fps" in the logs), however I can't see its image from the console, I am stuck in the socekt_sendto() error. I check...

How do you upgrade to V1.27.1?

I would like to upgrade to version 1.27.1 from 1.27 on Ubuntu 12.04, to benefit from the fixes, but would like to retain my current configuration.

What would be the best method to achieve this?

Thank you in advance.

Re: Picture missing in Zone editor

I experienced the same when ZoneMinder could not store images after I had changed the default location. By default, ZoneMinder refers to 'images' folder within the '/usr/share/zoneminder/', which has a symbolic link to store the images in '/var/cache/zoneminder/events'. This can be changed in 'Optio...

Re: Shared data size conflict in shared_data using libvlc

My installation is also experiencing a similar issue with various end values.

Shared data size conflict in shared_data for monitor Gate, expected 336, got 101057797

Any suggestions?

Re: How to use libvlc

As listed above, I have installed the modules but I still receive the following alerts in the logs. 'You must have vlc libraries installed to use vlc cameras for monitor 1' 'zmc -m 1' exited abnormally, exit status 255' 'Memory map file '/dev/shm/zm.mmap.1' should have been 896 but was instead 0 ' D...
