So just upgraded from 1.26.5 to 1.27 using the iconnor PPA. (kubuntu 12.04)

Can't find zmcamtool.pl anywhere. Is it missing from the PPA?

I have the TV-IP672PI working perfectly with 1.26, including IR on/off/auto. Haven't upgraded to 1.27 yet, but will be doing so shortly. So I'd say if you can hang on a bit until I get my upgrade situation resolved, I'd be happy to share!

I have a 4 camera system. I have all three set up to record 24/7. Haven't gotten to the point to configure motion record yet. When I play any recordings back... like playing back me shoveling our driveway... it plays back at normal speed... but is a bit slow motion... it also skips about 5 seconds ...

It sounds crazy, but try restarting zoneminder from the control panel. Often times I'll get a shared memory error when changing memory sizes (especially if I'm increasing the buffers), and it'll just go away by restarting zm.
