Could be lots of things, you need to give more info so we can narrow down the range. A good way to start is to list everything on the source tab of the monitor.

30 fps is high for a security camera. Try 10 fps to start. I have mine set at 15; I can run them at 30 but the extra frames don't actually get me much vs. the cpu needed, so I backed them down.

C'mon man, first things first. There is no data to send to display, which is normally an error but in your case is accurate because the monitor itself isn't functional!

Seems like zm can't find the control script. I'd probably turn on debugging for zmcontrol just to dot the i and cross the t, and if nothing jumped out at me I'd completely nuke the 672 stuff and try it again from scratch.

Are you getting that after viewing a monitor then immediately closing the browser tab while the stream is running? If so, that's normal. (Found out from experience that's why there is a close link on those tabs... closes things gracefully rather than abruptly, so that error message doesn't happen.)
