Today I tried a spare system, and did a clean install of Ubuntu Server 16.04.2 LTS + Zoneminder 1.30.2, and the camera is now working, but keeps on dropping the connection.

So there is clearly something wrong with my current setup.

I am still not getting anywhere with this camera.

I welcome any suggestions and pointers.

I am still having issues with getting this camera working with zoneminder. I have tried viewing the stream with VLC on my windows computer, and both the main and sub stream works just fine. I am sure that VLC reports the same details as above, but I will check that when I am next on site over the weekend, is there anything else that I can try in the meantime via the zoneminder ui?

A year has now past since this topic was started, and I am just wondering if anyone has been able to find a way to adjust the Timestamp size.

I am slowly but surely moving over to IP Camera's, I am recording at 1980x1020, this makes the Timestamp unreadable.
