thanks for your answer! but it not really help (i tried many options, such as port 8000, different resolution), maybe because hikvision camera didn't support MJpeg (only Mpeg and H264), or because ZoneMinder server installed in 10.3.1.0 network, and camera placed in 192.168.215.0 network.
