Recover a bricked Topodome TD-J10A

I was playing around with the camera settings and I switch the camera''s Video Settings on the camera from 50Hz to 60Hz and now the camera simply keeps on boot looping. Is there any hope of recovering this camera. I have tried resetting it but no dice.

Sometimes there's a hard reset button near the sd card slot. You could try that.
