issue with starting zoneminder

Please do not advise upgrades or updates as they will and CAN not be done. The system had been running fine for a long time but now out of nowhere fails. System is physically fine, hard drive tests fine with zero errors even on S.M.A.R.T. nobody is on the system it sits in a closet all by itself untouched. now zoneminder fails and I am a little stumped. everything else works fine. I have attached the results of starting zoneminder if somebody can help find the problem.

This is 1.33 version running on fedora 33. I have attempted a reinstall of zoneminder but no luck.
