can't locate zoneminder/base.pm after reboot

Hello,
I tried installing zoneminder version 1.29 on RPI3 Raspbian jessie 8.1 using the following link.

At the end of the installation I can see the WEB without problems, I still do not add cameras to monitor, I shut down the computer, to make a backup, but when I turn the RPI3 back on, I get an error when checking Zoneminder.
Can't locate ZoneMinder/Base.pm in @INC (you may need to install the ZoneMinder::Base module) (@IC contains: /etc/perl /usr/local/lib/arm-linux....
Please help.
