red page in streaming file,local,remote

I installed the zone-minder in my Ubuntu 14.04
but there is a problem in streaming videos

i see the image in the attachment and the below is my log file:

Well, it looks like you do not have your cameras configured correctly. Recheck the documentation for your cameras, set the camera resolution to match what you set for image size in ZM. What would be helpful is info on the cameras you use.

yes, you are right, but I cannot even stream a file,
Apart from that, I have tested http mjpeg camera, rtsp stream which worked in mplayer, and VLC without any problem

what shall I do now?
