General Connectivity Question

I can access my camera (DCS-932L) using the IP address.
Using Wary Watcher with ZoneMinder, I am trying to add my camera feed to one of my monitors. I go to the hardware compatibility site for my camera:

And I see these settings:
I have tried 'user:pass@192.168...' and 'user:admin@192.168...' with no success. Should it be something else?
Also, any direction with the Remote Host Path would be appreciated.
