Separate Web Interface from IP Cameras

Is it possible (in this case under Ubuntu) to have the IP cameras on one subnet and the web management interface on another?

I would like to keep the IP camera traffic off the LAN if possible.

i.e.
192.168.1.x (web interface)
and
192.168.2.x (cameras)

There are too many ways to do what I think you're trying to do. Layer 2 routing (arp/rarp), subneting, bridge.... This is a question for your search engine
