loads of errors.. ubiquiti aircam

Hi, ..

I'm trying to make my ubiquity aircam to work with zoneminder, .. for some reason i get tons of errors one such as failed making links (ln) problems sending data to pipe /tmp/zm/xxxx ... and so on, is there an install wiki or something for ubuntu or freebsd and or is there an special setting to make it work with aircam?

I think zoneminder is having issues rather then aircam cause under vlc it just works fine ..

using rtsp just thought i'd mention. Is there any info i should provide let me know, kinda new to these things, ..

That camera does work in zoneminder, but I think it only works using MJPEG.
There is a guy who has a couple of the working and posted it in this forum.
He also has posted in the ubiquiti forum mentioning zoneminder.
In fact the software that ubiquiti uses for that cam is based on ZM if I'm not mistaken.
The right search will find the answer.
I'm thinking about getting a couple of them myself.

We mainly use AirCams in all of our installations. They work fine when set up as an ffmpeg source camera with the URL as rtsp://x.x.x.x/live/ch00_0
Width 1280
Height 720

Make sure you are running the latest AirCam firmware as earlier versions had RTSP bugs!
