HIKVISION DS-2CD8253F-EI

Please help to run this camera I have tried everything but nothing has never been done. ZM v1.24.2 with ffmpeg
I've tried:

Hi guys, I found a option to Zone-minder recognise the camera but it looks like in Zone-minder is error with codec's because no pictures and is working very unstable. In VLC to is working fine.
The camera goes in MPEG4 mode

since I am quite inexperienced linux zoneminder environments.
I looked at the log file can not understand anything please help.

Try using the ffmpeg mode instead.

With ffmpeg result is almost the same, picture show a few seconds normally, and then the start "float"
