Compete Installation Guide

HI,
I've been looking through most of the topics and was wondering if there is a "real" installation guide that is complete? I'm trying to install the latest version on Fedora (11, 12, 13, 14 or 15) and I can't seem to find any guide that is complete. I have a couple IP cameras and a USB one, I installed a version in Fedora 9 using yum and the USB camera worked but could not get the IP cameras working. I then reloaded a newer version of Fedora and installed the 1.24 version using yum and the IP cameras work but not the USB (although I can see the usb camera in other applications).

Any specific place to look?

Did you try: http://www.zoneminder.com/wiki/index.php/Fedora, "The easy way"? Check out the Hiredguntech post for additional mods. Only gets you to 1.24.2 though.

Yep tried the install using that link, but still no luck it seems as though I'm missing something, I will have to look at the Hiredguntech post.
