This camera sounds too good to be true. Is it? Anyone own one or had experience up close?

Looking to use 4 to cover all 4 outside walls of the house.

Seems like an Ok camera, but at only VGA res, not too clear:

Its seems Weatherproof and Night capable is a hard mix to come by. Found only a few all over US$700 though. :(
