Could you post LiveCD Readme, please?

I very foolishly installed LiveCD without changing the password to something I could remember. The problem is that my wee box doesn't have an internal CD drive, so to read the CD takes some wiring acrobatics and dangling components.

I've now booted to the login prompt... but can't get past it.. I remember the password being something pretty easy to remember, but, alas, can't remember it....
