cant logout and access videos and stuff like that.

I have an old server where zoneminder works great, Now I got a newer and installed ubuntu and installed zoneminder. Even tried compiling it, but still got the same problem.

I cant logout, cant change server status(start and stop). Cant even go in and add a new storage. Cant access and remove videos that got recorded.

tried checking so I have about the same packages.

What is common with there stuff? I s there any specific things I should look for?

Cant find any errors.

just change the repo to master if you really want 1.37 and it ought to work.

I tried that guide, everything works exept all these white windows. like when you click log out or when you goes to option and choose storage and tries opening like default storage or like clicking "add new storage" no white window pops up in zoneminder.

it's a new installed ubuntu 22.04,
php8.2-fpm useing apache2, tried useing nginx too, but it doesnt work neither

/var/log/zm/error.log should probably be owner&group www-data, or whatever it is on the working machine. True? or?

it is www-data.www-data and it is working exept I cant check logs. logout or change storage place cuase it doesn't create the white windows. Can even go in and check the videos, it says it recorded 38.

Dunno, sorry. When you install, are you doing so as super user? If not, please try with sudo su.
That's how Ive always done it, but seems to not be mentioned, so it may not matter, but maybe it does?

You know this has to be something stupid simple, but I'm out of ideas.
Unless you want to clone the working one, to see if maybe there's some hardware problem.
