I Set 30 IP Cameras/Monitors, But Only 43% Is Capturing

I have installed ZoneMinder 1.36 in WSL with Ubuntu 22.04. When I check on the Console the status is around: "Not Capturing: 50% Capturing: 43.3% Not Running: 6.7%". Nearly 50% of the cameras/monitors aren't running. And one time a camera is on, some times later it turned off, so do the other cameras. The cameras are turning on and off without (what I think) apparent reason.

The one with wrong password could probably my mistake and doesn't affect this issue.

Your Source->Source Path are suspect. Verify they work in VLC. If not, they won't work in ZM either.
