How to adjust zones on mobile?

Post by Bluemax »

Hi,
I'm trying to adjust the zones with Android.

Firefox beta 80 doesn't like the jpg stream at all and user input is impossible.

Bromite/Chrome is ok but there is no way to move the points once you have zoomed in (as the points are so tiny). In a zoomed state no dragging is possible. Instead the screen moves. I also tried 'hackers keyboard' (that allows a soft keyboard everywhere) with cursor keys but this just moves the screen either not the points.

Any ideas how to move the points with Android?

Try adding a mouse (bluetooth)
or changing the xy numbers of each point directly

Manual coordinates are way too frustrating.
Anyone using zmninja? Is it of any help for that?

I think the best way would be if the points would react to cursor keys.

I managed a touch and drag on my android phone... had to zoom in a lot just to get it big enough to select with my finger.

So what I'm seeing is that on mobile we need some white space on the edge because touching close to the edge makes android think you are left/right swiping. Also the dots need to be much larger.

I think we can manage that.

But its impossible to keep the point under reasonable control. Dragging results in moving the canvas to the opposite direction. You cannot lock the canvas when zoomed in. A full zoom-out might not give enough precision.

4-way overlay arrows surrounding the point could be another solution.
