Remote ZMNinja pro desktop ok, but not IOS app

Dear ZMers,

I'm setting up for the first time and making many errors but correcting and continuing through.
I setup internally on LAN and used both desktop zmninjapro and app ok.

I then have been trying to access via WAN, using exernal ip/port forwarding 80. It WORKS on desktop ninjaapro over 4G but NOT on the app with exactly the same settings, I have also clear api cache too.

I get error message "Login validated but API failed, "X authenticating via web scrape"

Clearing cache was not enough.

BUt I deleted and re-installed app and it now works!
