cant stat /tmp/zm

i have an sricam ip webcam.
installed 1.30 zoneminder i see my webcam but i have an issue.

log tell me "cant stat /tmp/zm" not such file or directory but file exists .

i cant upload in remote server because zoneminder cant buld temp file in /tmp/zm directory.

/dev/shm is the shared fast memory on the RAM.
