I am working on setting up a 16 input camera system using the latest ZM live cd. I've got the card installed, it detects as card 98 (PV-150), and it sees 4 video devices, and composite0 and composite1 on each device. My understanding is that it should have composite2 and composite3 showing also for 16 inputs total, but that's not happening.
I've tried about every variation of settings for card 98 as I can find.. Upping the gbuffers, the vbi buffers, etc, but it still won't see the other inputs.
Odd thing is, booting from Windows sees all 16 inputs, as does booting from FreeBSD (I just have been having a heck of a time making the bttv devices on freebsd play by v4l rules)... But anything I've tried with Linux has only seen 8 inputs.
Does anyone have any experience with this card on the LiveCD distro?
Thanks!
Kris

Possible Success
I modprobed bttv with card=77,77,77,77, and it seemed to recognize /dev/video0-3, with composite0-3 on each device... And within ZM it showed fps activity on each device.
I'm going to transfer this knowledge to the installed system and see if this makes everything happy, and if so I'll report it here and in the success stories forum...
Thanks for your help!
