Filter Does Not Delete Automatically

Hello All,

Ive set up a single Camera in " Record Mode" it generates a new event ever 7 mins or so. I also set up a Filter to delete events older than "15 mins " just to test out the Auto delete functionality of ZM. I have gone through the user guide and set the filter up accordingly.

I have also attached my event filter settings.

I cannot for the life of me figure out what i am doing wrong, Any help with this would be greatly appretiated.

Have you tried executing the filter manually?

I think ZoneMinder 1.32.x needs restarting to get the filters to run in the background (my 1.32.3 did).

thank you for your reply. I have tried executing the filter manually and it works fine. Its just that the auto funtion does not work.

I will try to restart the system and let you know if the issue persists or has been taken care of.

On a side note, i have configured it to mount a ZFS vol at /var/cache/zoneminder/events.

Just wana confirm that the Filter has indeed started to work after a reboot.
