Hello,

i use te 1.34.16 version of ZM on an Ubuntu 20.04LTS.
All is working fine for my 3 IP cams but sometimes, for the Jennov dome model, the quality is very low and can be show in the attached screenshot.
This issue comes often when the PTZ moves and during a lot of natural moves (trees, wind, ...).

With the factory web access of Jennov (H264) i don't get this issue and the video quality is perfect.
This appears only on the ZM CAM view.

Could anybody of you knows the specific features to ajust resolving this kind of quality less ?

This has been discussed many times. Either use tcp instead of udp or set your reorder_queue_size higher by adding it to Monitor->Source->Options.

Yes All is working fine right now.
