Zoneminder 1.25-0-14 packages for CentOS, Redhat, Cloudlinux

Release Notes
This is a initial release announcement for the availability of Zoneminder packages on Centos, Redhat, and Cloudlinux 6. This is the first release, so at this time I only put the packages together for our zoneminder server (EL6 based), if there is enough interest in Fedora or EL5 distro's I'd be happy to add those. Otherwise if you have any input on the implementation let me know here or on the atomic forums. Thanks!

To install:
1) add the atomic repo (sadly I cant post the URL here, so you'll have to google it!)

2) Install zoneminder
yum -y install zoneminder
