Zoneminder 1.23X Ubunutu and PV-149 dvr card

I purchased a Pv 149 card (BT878 chipset) from bluecherry.net and looked at the specs:

720x480 @ 120FPS (NTSC) / 720x576 (PAL) Recording and display
320x240 @ 120FPS (NTSC) / 352x288 (PAL) Recording and display

All of my cameras I am using a resolution of 320X240 and wanted to know what the recommended Maximum frames per second should be and what is the best setting for efficiency as far as frames per second and in general for this card using ubuntu linux and zoneminder.

Leave it unlimited unless you have a reason not to.
