Hi
Is there any parameter in zoneminder which will enable events' time to vary depending on alarm position?
Ie. my events are always 10 secs according to MinSectionlength = 10. If alarm is triggered at the beginning video is valuable because it contains more motion connected with the triggered alarm. However when there are multiple alarms during event they do not prolongate it.
Is there a way to tell zoneminder to keep recording "al least" X seconds after last alarm in the currently recorded event?
Event length
Re: Event length
Not sure how to handle this in the settings configuration, but zmtrigger.pl will do this. I have motion sensors that activate a monitor for 30 seconds, and if the alarm occurs again within the 30 seconds, it extends the timer. See /usr/bin/zmtrigger.pl
fastest way to test streams:
ffmpeg -i rtsp://<user>:<pass>@<ipaddress>:554/path ./output.mp4 (if terminal only)
ffplay rtsp://<user>:<pass>@<ipaddress>:554/path (gui)
find paths on ispydb or in zm hcl

Re: Event length
I run zoneminder in a Docker on my unraid server any ideas on how to perform this same 30-second recording feature your using?
