MJPEG viewer - Low fps in event viewer

Hallo,
i have low fps in mjpeg event viewer (maybe 5fps) whereas live view has full fps (20fps). When downloading the event the file has full fps as well. I'm on 'high B/W' mode and bitrate is set to '150000' 30fps. The jpg quality itself is not bad, its just low fps. There are no CPU spikes.
Any idea what's wrong?
