Monitor cannot show camera picture

Hello,

I have installed today a Hikvision OEM Verison of two already present Hikvision cameras of the same model.
Using VLC, I can use the same URL with the ip adress of the new camera to watch the live stream.
Cloning one of the existing cameras to be the template for the new camera, zoneminder seems to increase system load above 90% and is unable to show the picture in the monitor.
Using the onvif probe, I tried both offered onvif versions but still no picture. To be precise, I saw once or twice the picture, then zoneminder tried to reload the camera stream and keeps trying to reload.

Buffer in zoneminder is 60, in the camera its 50.

I would be very happy If someone could point me in the right direction please.

Please try with reduced widh & height (resolution ) and low band widh .

Thank you, reducing the resolution and the "max bitrate" sent from the camera was the solution
