I used zononemider 1.34.22, the zoneminder fill up the rootsystem 100% on ubuntu 20.04.

Use your lvm tools to create a separate partition for event storage and configure ZM to use it.
Or just install a separate drive.

In ZM it's Options.Storage.AddNewStorage.
Point it to your new mount you created (either new drive or moved partitions)
Then go to each camera config and on the storage tab, select the storage you created above.
