Correct RTSP for a Level One FCS-5104

Hello,

i configurated a FCS-5104 in my network. Now I need the RTSP of my Ip-Camera. Does anyone know the RTSP for it, or have a tip to find it out ?
I tried a lot of RTSP from the internet for example: rtsp://name:password@ip-adress/h264
