Can´t select a monitor in drop down field

I´m running ZM 1.34 after upgrading from 1.32. I defined earlier on 1.32 a filter which should send me an email if a event was triggered.
No I can´t edit or edit a filter who include a monitor. If I choose as a filter e.g. the one I created on 1.32, I can see the monitor name and I can also choose another one:

If I now add a second row, the dropdown field in the first row is empty and I can´t save the filter:

Same if create a new filter. When I select "Monitor name" at the same time the dropdown field is getting smal and doesn´t show any content.

Any idea what happens?

I believe this was fixed in 1.34.17 which I released last night. Today we are 1.34.18 due to some regressions.
