Running 1.34.15 on Ubuntu 18.04

2 SV3C cameras, both with low and high res streams
Generally working ok and detecting events. When reviewing recordings it sometimes goes black and shows text of "Time to next event"...
If I go back and view the same file and time it may show ok so it doesn't seem to be an issue with the recorded video.
I searched for the problem and only found things older than 2014 with older version. What should I be doing to troubleshoot this?
