Problem with Timeline

My configuration is 1.34.16 on Ubuntu 18.04
The Zoom-out button is not working as it should, the Zoom-in is working but as soon as i'm using the Zoom-out button the Frame image field is blank and to big so that the screen is scrolling and the Timeline field is empty.
This was working perfectly in 1.32.3 that i was using before.
Can someone confirm me that this is a problem (bug) and not link to my installation.
