I am running an Ubuntu 18.04 zoneminder server and it appears that everything is working except the Montage Review Video Download Button. When I click on it I am given a choice of either tar or zip. I then click on the export file and it downloads however there is nothing in the zip or tar folder. I have tried it in chrome, IE, and firefox with the same issue. I followed this guide in the install.

I searched the forums and can't seem to find a solution. Has anyone else had this problem?
I did find this message in my logs.
Failed linking jquery.js /usr/share/zoneminder/www/skins/classic/includes/export_functions.php
/tmp/zm/zmExport_.tar does not exist or is not readable.
