Section lenght

My configuration is : Ubuntu 18.04 / Zoneminder 1.34.9
I was running version 1.323 recording with a section lenght of 3 minutes and the lenght/time of all the records was exactly 3 minutes.
Now after upgrade to 1.34.9 this is no more the case, with a section lenght of 3 minutes my records are some time 2:54 or 2:57 minutes.
Is this linked to the Keyframes with MP4 Passthru recording (Camera FPS is 10 and iFrame send 30) ?
