Incorrect Downloaded Video start-time

Hi all,
I'm struggling to find out the reason why when I tried to download the video from the history [under Montage Review option]
the start-time is not the same as I set it to be, but the end-time is.
For instance,
I set the Start at 2020-03-10 22:30:00 to 2020-03-10 22:40:00
I can see that the downloaded video (which has the timestamp of the camera itself) will start at 22:33:41 or something, and ends correctly at 22:40:00

Check the logs. A time shift of 3 minutes should put out some results.
