Changing Run State changes source function to none

I'm running version 1.34.5 in docker. I've got two sources setup: a remote HTTP source and an ffmpeg rtsp stream setup. When I change the run state in the web ui, it changes my rtsp source function from monitor to none.

When you set up the run state were your monitor(s) set to none?
Change the monitor from none then save the run state.

To be sure I am doing this correctly, I need to reenter the state name in the new state box and click save correct? Otherwise the save button is grayed out and inactive.
