Upgrade Ubuntu 18.04

Post by snicker83 »

Trying to upgrade from 1.32 to 1.34 running on Ubuntu 18.04
I cannot get passed insecure repository error
I have tried everything thing that I can find to get around condition
for example but not limited to
--allow-unauthenticated
--allow-insecure-repositories
I have added it to the sources.list all to no avail
any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

You need to remove the old Zoneminder repository and add the one for 1.34. Then run. The apt upgrade.

sudo add-apt-repository --remove ppa:iconnor/zoneminder-1.32

then

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:iconnor/zoneminder-1.34
