Changing ZoneMinder listening port

Hey. I have ZoneMinder v1.32.3 working perfectly on my server. Only problem I have is that it listens to ports 80 and 443. I have a personal website running on my Apache, but I don't want the ZM to be accessible to the public. How can I change the port that ZoneMinder is listening to without affecting my website? If it isn't possible, how can I restrict the site to a specific IP range? I've searched, but everyone is just asking how to get it to listen to port 80. I guess nobody is scared of any random dude that would find their IP stalking them?
