I'm trying to use less CPU during an event so my server can handle more events at the same time.
So I've tried saving only JPGs (frames+analysis) and disabling the X264 Encode in the Video Writer (which takes quite a lot of CPU).
When I try to play events (web or through ZmNinja), I can watch the stream perfectly for 3-4 seconds and then, it's a grey screen (no more images).
When I check all the frames saved, they're all there and they seem to be OK. The load is low on the server and iowait is low as well.
Any idea what to check?
