ZoneMinder 1.32.3 @ Ubuntu 19.04: Event claims to have a video file, but it does not seem to exist

Hi,

I have problem that videos do not get saved, in events dir i only end up with snapshots. Details are below.

This is my first installation/setup of ZM and for now i have it running at Ubuntu 19.04, and ZoneMinder 1.32.3 from official repo.

I've installed ZM following this instructions https://zoneminder.readthedocs.io/en/st ... buntu.html
but without adding ppa repo (why i did not install it from ppa but from official repo is another story, also with questions which i will post in appropriate thread).

To make long story short, i managed to get rid of some errors reported in log file, by installing `libx264-dev` from official repo and `libmp4v2-2` (following this instructions https://wiki.zoneminder.com/Ubuntu_Serv ... der_1.33.x) by
```
$ wget https://launchpad.net/~iconnor/+archive ... _amd64.deb
$ sudo dpkg -i libmp4v2-2_2.0.0~dfsg0-6_amd64.deb
$ sudo apt-get -f install
```
But still, this two type of errors apear in logs, e.g. `ERR Event claims to have a video file, but it does not seem to exist at /zoneminder/events/1/20-01-19/817/817-video.mp4` and `FAT Can't create frame images from video because there is no video file for event (/zoneminder/events/1/20-01-19/817/817-video.mp4`

My camera capturing is in ffmpeg/Modect mode, but ZM only produces `/zoneminder/events/1/20-01-19/817/snapshot.mp4` but not video`/zoneminder/events/1/20-01-19/817/817-video.mp4` (at `/zoneminder/` a dedicated partition is mounted). I have `OPT_FFMPEG` checked and `PATH_FFMPEG` set to `/usr/bin/ffmpeg`

Does someone have suggestions where to look next?

p.s. If it matters, sometimes in log it is stated that `/var/run/zm/zmaudit.pid` should be deleted.

I've migrated to ZM-1.33.x and now video recording just works
